Why do I need to create an account? Can't even have a use my google or Facebook account option?

Why can't I simple change to 24 hour time from the Fitbit app? Or on the watch even?! Is there no watch face that shows both?

I'm fully updated but still can't download some watch faces?

Contact support needs a Twitter account?

I was happy to get this watch until I tried to use it. Stupid!l in so many ways. Thanks for vthe frustrated Christmas fitbit

You need an account as Fitbit stores all your data on its servers and you need to be able to identify what it yours and to secure access to it.

You can choose between 12 and 24 hour faces in your profile settings in the web interface at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile Once changed and saved, the next time you sync your fitbit will be updated

Once you setup a fitbit the app looks for any available firmware update. When it finds one, it downloads it bit-by-bit in the background when you sync. When it's fully downloaded the app will prompt you in to install it. Fitbit say this download process can take a couple of days. The new update will fix the clock change issue (and some issues with app installation)

Fitbit also offer web chat and phone support but it varies by country. Are you checking at contact.fitbit.com for the options where you are?
