If your Android Phone is working well - do NOT "upgrade" the App.
FitBit has NO compatibility guaranteed for any Motorola Phone [mine's the G5] or for any BLU phone [mine's the Vivo 5R] and Windows 8.1 is no longer "supported" - and you can't even download the older unsupported program to get back to where you were, and use the supplied dongle.
So all I have - and quite a few others I suspect - is an expensive pedometer which now syncs to nothing.
This is NOT client-friendly progress.

@FitSamsDisco, sorry to hear you've had such problems with your tracker & compatibility - there are some Motorola phones that are certified compatible, though, as shown in the screenshot below. Perhaps I've been lucky in that I have upgraded all of my trackers to the latest firmware, and upgraded by phone & tablet to the latest Android app, and they are all playing well together.
