Hello @runliftnride, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. I'm wondering if the issue is limited only you are not able to see the caller ID or you are not receiving notifications at all?
If is the latter, you can try the steps suggested here: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).
If you are not able to see the ID of who is calling / texting you, tell your mobile device to "forget" your tracker. The instructions differ by device, but in most cases:
- Tap Settings > Bluetooth and find your tracker on the list.
- Tap Forget or Forget Device.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- In the Fitbit app under device settings, tap Notifications and make your choice.
Hope this helps and let me know how it goes.

I was having this same issue on my Galaxy s7. I had an Alta before the blaze. When I first set it up it would not show my messages when I set up through my computer. I had go through the app on the phone and allow the phone to accept notifications from the device. I had done that already through the computer, and I thought it would be enough after I paired them, but it turns out I had to do it through the phone app itself to allow the phone to give the Blaze access. Now everything works great. I hope this helps you.
