I believe the actual Fitbit app is the problem. I miss my watch!! Factory resets by the dozens, restarts, uninstalls and it still won't work!!!

Platform is Android since you're using Samsung. I'll move this over to the Android area. Right now, the Samsung 10 isn't on the list of compatible devices. click to see
