Versa not receiving notifications

Versa is not receiving texts, email or phone call notifications lately.  I have a Samsung Note 8 and have never had a problem until recently.  I have tried restarting Versa and restarting phone.

I have the same phone and noticed the same thing, its very upsetting considering i got this Versa specifically for this reason since at work im not allowed to have my phone, i work at a Credit Union.
