I just got a new versa. Set it up with new gmail account. Says I have no notifications. Can I change it to another email account that I use more frequently? Will that let me get texts and emails cuz right now I'm getting nothing.

I'm afraid I don't fully understand what is going on.

 

The notifications do not depend on the email that you use to open a Fitbit account but the device that you setup to get notifications from, even email notifications. You can read more about how to get them by clicking here. Hopefully that helps out.
