I am a long-time customer of fitbit, and previous trackers worked pretty well. (I have a Samsung S6) A few months ago I bought a new Charge HR and a flex 2. Despite the fact that I was disappointed that the flex 2 did not count swim laps properly (which is why I bought it instead of a different model!) I was OK. Then about a month and a half ago my fitbits stopped synching. I couldn't log in to the apps, the app didn't recognise me. I did ALL the suggestions to no avail. About three days later the problem fixed itself. The same thing happened two weeks ago. Now again, although this time I am not locked out of my app, my trackers aren't synching, the newest update won't download.
So I understand that I need to try several different things, like redownloading the app, re-pairing trackers to account, etc. You know, I don't have time for these shenanigans every two weeks! My husband is ill; I can barely find time to exercise. So now I am planning to exercise-- the shenanigans will have to wait, but I am very frustrated already.
