Network operation failed error message for Android App

For the last two days my Fitbit was not syncing with the android app on my phone. I cleared the cache on my phone, I restarted the app, and I then I uninstalled and reinstalled it but nothing worked. Since reinstalling the app, I can't even log into it now. Upon entering my screen name and password I get a "Network Operation Failed: Fitbit is down for maintenance" message.

Actually, it's fixed now. I restarted my router and it works.

@IainF Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I recommend cleaning the Fitbit's app cache memory, that should help fixing this issue. Then, if you have syncing issues; try these syncing troubleshooting steps for Android devices (check @AlejandraFitbit's steps on that post).

Try that out and let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy
