App not working

I am having trouble accessing the app on my mobile is have an s7. The app will not open and just says it's stopped working and to report it. I have but haven't heard anything as of yet , I'm stuck and not able to sync or connect to phone to go out on a run any help please.

@Claireken90 @jigs1972 welcome to the forums! Actually, the Fitbit app is not yet compatible with the the Samsung Galaxy s7. Please check the list of compatible devices here. In order to make your voice heard please add your votes and comments in the Feature Suggestion about making the Samsung Galaxy s7 a compatible device.
