Never received "sleep insights"

I have a Flex 2 and I receive a graph etc saying how much sleep I get bit I've never once received a "Sleep insight" ? The option to receive them is on so I am not sure why this is.

Hi @Shezza46,

I believe Sleep Insights are part of the Sleep Stages tracking. It requires a Fitbit with built-in heart rate monitor. Since the Flex 2 doesn't do heart rate, it doesn't track Sleep Stages or show Sleep Insights. Hope this explains it.

I don't think so. According to the Fitbit Flex 2 guide you should receive these insights on a Flex 2 also. Nothing on these images refers to heart rate etc and these are the same graphs i get. I just don't receive the "insights"
