top: the new app (Google's homegrown desaster)

bottom: old Fitbit app (not great but at least got HR zones and color coding right and you could edit the exercise name afterwards)

Both are the "new" version 4 apps though.

wow, you sure? This would mean that Google's own software development team is favoring the iOS version over the android version as the iOS version seems ahead with this desaster re-design.

Isn't that a bit emberassing @google (maker of android) if your own RD team sh***ting on your front yard and prioritizing a competitor OS? Pure marketing geniuses!

@speedf Most likely, the iOS app is more unfinished than the Android app. Android app also contains several sections unchanged (like the heart rate zones settings screen). Both versions were rushed to be released despite they haven't been finished. iOS will eventually catch up.

@TobiasF yup, Android version is 4.0.1 (40079081) and iOS version is 4.01 (40123005)

@Triletics I fear you might be right. Such a terrible shame to make the new version worse than the old one.....
