New Fitbit Alta Will Not Setup with Galaxy Note 5

I just bought my new Fitbit Alta (first Fitbit purchase), downloaded the Fitbit app on my Galaxy Note 5, and the device will not pair, find, anything. The FitBit only says "fitbit.com/setup" when it is turned on. Is there ANY solution for this? I've tried looking through other solutions, clicked on the "helpful" links, and the links are dead. Very frustrated at this point!

Hey thre @SunsetRunner! Welcome to the Community! Let me help you out, verify that your mobile network is working properly then try doing the restart 2 or 3 times in a row you can find the instructions posted on this thread.

Everyone -- UPDATE: The Galaxy Note 5 is now listed as a supported device here. I recommend trying to sync again and/or following these troubleshooting tips if you continue to experience issues.
