There are no plans to revert to the old dashboard. We understand that the app update may not be up to your standards, but we do hope you continue to interact and explore the features.

We have now transitioned everyone onto the new Fitbit app experience. With this new design, we've created a space that is more dynamic, integrated, and highly personalized.
We hope you enjoy using this new dashboard and interface for all your Fitbit needs. For any issues using the new interface, for example bugs you come across, we'd like for you to leave comments in this thread.
Please only report bugs or issues with using the app.

App looks nice. I wish you could customize the dashboard to show what you want on top. For example, I'd much rather be able to track my water without having to scroll down and I don't need to see how many hours I slept everytime I open the dashboard.

The new app seems very buggy for me. It has been freezing up frequently. Period tracking is not showing any symptoms I enter or any that I've entered in the past such as headaches, flow, etc.
And like so many others I am having trouble with syncing.

The new interface needs to allow information to be rearranged to put the things important to the user on top and to hide the things that are not being used.

For those saying that you can't organize the info how you'd like - you CAN! At the top right of the app there is an "edit" option. This goes into a menu which allows you to delete categories you do not need. You can also rearrange the categories by dragging the little double-line symbol to the right of each category in this menu.

My device won't even sync anymore. On another forum it said to unpair it and add as new device. Well, that didn't work either. It won't pick it up again. Very disappointed.

08/30/19 oh come on guys! This update caused my unit to stop communicating with home base. The unit WILL NOT SYNC more than one time. And I have turned it off and back on via charge unit; re-establish bluetooth & paired the unit AGAIN etc.; uninstalled app & reinstalled the app on pc and android phone. App continues to not find the unit i am wearing. Come on guys if you are going to update it make it work before you roll it out. Personally I want to ROLL BACK to the previous version. It worked more often than this one.

@AlessFitbit. while we are able to use the edit to rearrange the data. Only the Current Challenges can be moved. Future challenges get moved back.
Personally I would like to see invites staying where they are, then once accepted they should move to where I want them.

Like using it....if only it worked. Love the fact you've closed the previous thread which showed just how many problems there is with new update and how many people are affected by the issues.
To be told to wait for a further update...buy a new fit bit (mine worked perfectly until the latest update) or even buy a new phone is quite frankly unacceptable.
All I want is something that update my app to show my steps on a regular basis and tells me how I sleep...not much to ask really is it...
Am sure there are other manufacturers out there who can do that and don't treat their customers concerns like they don't matter. Am hoping these obvious problems will.be sorted but I suspect I and many others will be looking for something else...such a shame.

Hi,
I have recently updated to the new interface and I am having nothing but problems with it, I much prefer the other interface where I can see at a glance what I have achieved over the day. I have now uninstalled the app on my phone, I have tried ALL of the troubleshooting messages/tips and nothing works, I cannot sync UNLESS the pebble is on charge on my laptop. It refuses to 'find' my tracker [Flex] and has been this way for about 2/3 weeks. I am running Android 8 on a Huawei y6 2018. Thank you.

Like the other comments, I prefer the old version of the app. I have had no problems customising (I'm British so this is the correct spelling) the dashboard but the new one actually provides less information not more. The icons are less fun and harder to read for those of us with deteriorating eye sight.
Give me the old one back please!

Ever since the new update, my app will not stay synced with my Fitbit. I've had to reconnect it three to four times per day.

Thank you for that tip. I was able to delete and move tiles, HOWEVER as someone with arthritis I have to scroll every time I want to see all my information where before it was right in front on one screen. Sigh...there should be an option to go back to the old version.

It takes a very long time to finally sync. Didn't track my sleep last night. I don't like having to scroll down to quickly see the whole page of data. It takes a long time to accept new weight data.
Also seems to drain my battery faster.
Not an improvement from where I sit.

@AlessFitbit is closing the old thread without resolution of people's problems and dislike of the new format the fitbit equivalent of sticking your fingers in your ears and chanting la la la la.......?
I would also be grateful if someone could actually show what is more dynamic (apart from the scrolling), integrated or personalised. The content looks the same to me. Can I assume therefore that the aforementioned attributes will only be available to those who want to pay even more in the form of subscriptions. If that is the case, I wish the company good luck because if in all this time it hasn't managed to sort all the outstanding issues why would people want to pay for even more things they can't access?

Yes! I just spent a half hour holding down items on the list and trying to move them around...and searching the net to see if I'm missing something. I log food intake all day and now have to scroll to the bottom of the list. Seems like a step backward.

Serious question. HOW is it "more dynamic, integrated, and highly personalized". All I see is the same tiles but not displayed conveniently on a single screen anymore. As someone with arthritis I am in pain whenever I need to scroll on my phone.

I looked through previous posts and found the answer. At the top right of your main screen you will see an Edit option. Click that and trash can icons will appear to the left of each item on the list. You can remove items by clicking the can.
