Fitbit Update: 9/10
Thanks, everyone for your feedback on the Android dashboard. We're always aiming to improve our user experience and have relayed this information to our team.
There are no plans to revert to the old dashboard. We understand that the app update may not be up to your standards, but we do hope you continue to interact and explore the features.
Since all feedback has been passed on, we will be closing the thread. If you are experiencing any issues or have bugs to report, please start another thread. We appreciate your cooperation.
Fitbit Update: 8/29
Hi Fitbit Family!
We have now transitioned everyone onto the new Fitbit app experience. With this new design, we've created a space that is more dynamic, integrated, and highly personalized.
We hope you enjoy using this new dashboard and interface for all your Fitbit needs. For any issues using the new interface, for example bugs you come across, we'd like for you to leave comments in this thread.
Please only report bugs or issues with using the app.

Best AnswerUpdated to 3.5 and finally my cell syncs with my flex.
Guys learn from this... this was an update fiasco and poorly planned....and my fitbit app did not flag for an update. Makes sense since there was no sync occurring at all.
I went to 3.5 last night and functionality settled down.
As a caveat, I did go to set up a device and replaced the Charge 3. From that point on my phone's Bluetooth accepted my device and everything has been fine.
Still not crazy about the new app, but at least I have the functionality back.
This is really weird. I can drag the block Activiteit=Activity. Although the language is different, the functionality should be the same. Are we both talking Charge 3 and Android app 3.1.1 or higher?
If so, then maybe you should send both screenshots to support? They helped me out quite good a few times.
Best AnswerI am not holding my breath on any new app. I really don't care too much about linking up with other people. I may try the new app, however I think I'm done with Fitbit
@SunsetRunner
I have version 3.5. it was fine for a few days when I switched to the new dashboard look but the. One morning all of a sudden it was at the bottom.
I've called customer support. They sent a ticket to the engineering department but was told there's no time frame so it would take a week or so or longer. Just depends on how many people actually call in and have them make a ticket for the issue.
It's a bug in the app.
Best AnswerWas that old version 3.5 ? If so, it's not listed on there.
I told our health group yesterday not to bother with Fitbit if they were looking for a tracker...I finally stopped wearing mine yesterday just for my daily steps.I couldn't tell if that was accurate. The date was the only thing working!

Best AnswerSince a week the new interface is doing weird stuff. After a sync, the tiles (steps, stairs,..) keep going full-empty-full-.. Not sure how I can describe it. It looks like flickering lights. If there is a notification, it keeps popping up. 'congratulations 3 day excersize.. ' 'congratulations 3 day excersize..'Very annoying..
