New Inspire HR won't Sync with Nokia 5

I have purchased a new fitbit inspire hr and synced it with my nokia 5

it was fine until today but now won't sync

I don't know if this is a coincidence or not but it stopped working just after I sold the fitbit which was previously synced to my phone

I have tried restarting my Bluetooth and fitbit but still nothing  

any ideas??

Thanks for taking the time to bring this up and share those details on your phone and Fitbit.

 

It is possible that this happened because your Nokia 5 bonded to your previous Fitbit. When the devices bond this causes other devices to not be recognized by the phone. Let's try the following:

  1. Go into the phone's Bluetooth settings. 
  2. Look for any Fitbit devices that show up as paired.
  3. Remove them from the list of paired devices.
  4. Restart your phone.

After doing that your Inspire HR should start syncing with your phone.
