Hi everyone
Having some issues with my charge 3
1. Although is on all day sync regularly stops sending me notifications
2. If i manually try and sync in app I 95% of the time get told tracker not found or told to restart bluetooth
3. I tracked my walk home from work and although the time it took is correct the map shows that I stopped halfway....
4. Will not let me add my starling bank card it gets stuck on 'checking pin'
Is my charge 3 faulty?

Thanks for sharing all of those details. Let me help you figure out what is going on.
I'd like to answer your questions with some of my own, to better understand the situation.
1 and 2, could you let me know what phone is it that you are using at the time? Also, what Android version is that phone running?
For 3, did you manually pause the tracking at some point during the walk?
Finally, does the loading keep going on forever or does it stop on its own at any point? Do you get some sort of error message after some time?
In the meantime I'd like to recommend that you try restarting your Charge 3. That should help so that everything starts working correctly. You can click here to find instructions on how to do it.
