Several Syncing Issues with Charge 3

I am so absolutely disappointed, annoyed, and general pissed off with my charge 3. Most days I'd really love to just throw it in the trash!!! 

I not sure that I can say honestly that it does a single thing as advertised. 

It wouldn't talk to my phone AT ALL, but I had an old phone so fine I'll blame that, I just bought a brand new phone it connected properly for about an hour and now it doesn't matter what I do it WILL NOT resync I just get Bluetooth errors, so I tried the trouble shooting process, delete the stored Bluetooth information from my phone and reconnect, now it won't even detect it.

According to my Fitbit I havent slept more than about 45min in the past 8 months.

 

The worst part is that I was sooooo excited for this, and I spent way to much money that I didn't have to spend, and now most of the time I don't bother wearing it because it just annoys me that it does work. I can't even change the setting any more...

 

I will NEVER buy another Fitbit product and I actively and emphatically advise people to avoid this brand.

We're very sorry to hear about all of the frustration that you have experienced with your Charge 3. I'd like to thank you for trying to follow all of the troubleshooting steps on your own before posting in here.

 

If you let me, I'd like to take a closer look at the situation that you have mentioned and perhaps find a way to make it work as intended. To do so I'd need you to answer these questions:

  1. What phone are you currently using to try and sync?
  2. What Android version is that phone running?
  3. How long have you had your Fitbit with you?

I'd like to focus on the syncing aspect for not, instead of the sleep you mentioned, since it could be related to the fact that the Fitbit is not syncing.
