New Samsung S10 Phone

I just started using my new Fitbit Charge 3 using by very old Motorola Turbo. The phone is dying and I just got a new Samsung S10. The Dashboard doesn't show the Charge 3 or any Fitbit is compatible yet with the S10. When will I knw when the software is updated to include the S10?

I still have my Charge 3 connected to my old phone and it is working, however, I'd like to get rid of the old phone.  Thanks for any suggestions!

Have you actually tried your Charge 3 with new phone?  The compatible phone list is far from complete.  Some phones work fine but just have not been tested and verified.  I would just give the new phone a try.  If it's a matter of switching phone service, you don't need phone service to use with Fitbit as long as you have wi-fi.

If you do try with new phone, just be sure to sync with old phone before switching to be sure no data lost.  Then if problems with new phone, can just switch back.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

The first day with the phone didn't recognize the Fit bit Charge 3 on the Bluetooth. Today it appeared, and allowed me to connect and sync.  I uninstalled the fit bit app on the old phone and it appears to be working great now! Thank you!Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
