New Versa today, I have tried everything but it still won't connect to the WiFi. The WiFi is working for other devices so it's not that. I have turned off/on the WiFi, the Bluetooth, the versa and my phone. Logged in and out of the Fitbit app etc. What else can I try?

Thanks for bringing this up and sharing all of the steps that you have tied to get your Versa to connect.
I will be moving this thread to the Versa board as I think it is better suited for the thread.
My question in this case would be if you are getting some sort of error message and if so, what does it say?
In the meantime please confirm if you have followed the exact same steps that are listed in this help article. I am asking because you did mention some of the steps but not all of them so I'd like to make sure. If you do see steps that you have not tried be sure to give them a shot.
Keep me posted on how it goes or if there are any other questions on the matter.
