I've tried everything and no not in spam

Received email from support 

So definitely on fitbit side 

Seems everytime you have a update nothing is smooth sailing becoming Just a hassle tempting to ditch Fitbit as over your problems and support telling only the basic like check your spam etc stop thinking we're so stupid especially if we receive a email from support but not your dam verification email oh and yes my email is correct.

Tried everything possible it is fitbit as received support emails but not verification email 

We are not stupid please stop treating us as if we are even deleted account and app and started again same **ahem**
