New Versa wont pair with oppo x9009?

Why wont my phone pair?  I just got the watch as a gift,  i upgraded from the charge 2 that pairs fine? 

The versa wont even show up in my phone bluetooth.. 

Please help!

Hello @Samgoddard the user can not do anything through the phones Bluetooth

 

The setup must be done through the Fitbit app.

How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Set up and get started using your new device.
Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
Make sure your phone, tablet, or computer meets all the requirements for getting started with your Fitbit device.
