I have recently bought a Fitbit Versa and tried over a month to made it to syncornize with my HONOR 6x and HONR 7x to no avail..i tried everything i have read over the internet..pairing repairing boot reboot try this swithc that etc..it has worked a charming 2 days cumulative ( i mean syncornization and notifications) over a month period..very good..
Now i sadly had to return the prodcut which i think is so nice but it is ridiculuos that it seems that only FITBIT smarwatches have all this problems of compatibility with most android phones..how come cheap alternatives can perfectly works with most phones it is really confusing for me..
NOW i am thinking about the Ionic and Honor 7x pairing? Is there someone who can help me telling me that they actually work or i should not even bother and go to another brand??
Thank you..

Hi. Thank for a more personal reply. I appreciate.
For now i am leaving FITBIT and going towards other brands , thats unfortunate after years of utilizing it. I will check in the future if major compatibility issues have been resolved but i remain disappointed, VERSA was really starting to grow me (aesthetically I believe is one of the best Smartwathces around), sad I had to return it.

Hi there @Heat1099, good to see you again and thank you for bring this to my attention. I know you do not want to see generic responses and my apologies if this has been a factor of frustration regarding matters of compatibility.
Note the information regarding compatibility of phones that hasn't been confirmed as compatible is very limited, since new devices are listed without previous noticed.
You did good in trying all troubleshooting steps available on your own. However If a device isn’t listed it doesn’t mean it won’t work with a Fitbit tracker or smartwatch. We routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit App. A majority of Android phones running version 4.4 or higher will work with our products, however we cannot guarantee optimal performance on devices for which we have not tested and confirmed compatibility.
Huawei phones has been showing in previous models some bluetooth compatibility issues, how ever with new models there is no details available I could share with you.
I appreciate the feedback whatsoever and if new details become available I will be sharing this updates with you.
See you around.

I am having a similar issue with Huawei Y9 whereby my Ionic does not connect to the phone.
