Way to go fitbit!! You took a perfectly good app and trashed it! The old layout showed everything clear and easy to get to. Now you can't make out a **ahem** thing!! I hate it!!

I agree. The sleep schedule being a vertical chart with no way to see the hours properly is stupid and a huge downgrade.

You also can't zoom in on the steps chart anymore. It won't go horizontal anymore making it even more difficult to see your steps at different times. It doesn't even show the 15 min increment anymore just the number of steps. Same with the calories daily graph!

Who comes up with these changes? Honestly, do they even use the app?

When my fitbit inevitable craps out, I'm switching to a Garmin. Their app is so much better and you don't have to pay extra for features.

I'm so mad I just threw my Fitbit across the room. You can't even look at your daily heartbeat and put your finger on it and look and see what your heartbeat was at a given point in time like it used to. What's the point of having a heart rate monitor if it doesn't show you your exact heart rate? If it doesn't get resolved, I'm done with fitbit. They just make it worse and worse and their app support is absolutely non-existent. What, they're trying to save micro pixels or something like that? Put it back the way it was!

I agree. You could see activity to the minute on the old layout but not anymore on the new one. It's cluttered and less detailed. Please give us the option to go back Fitbit..please..please..please

Two things I learned in engineering school:

1) If it ain't broken, don't fix it. (Ahem, Firbit, I'm taking to you!!!)

2) If we can't fix it, it ain't broken. (Fitbit's customer service motto.)

The current 3.64 app is a mess, it's busy show me everything I'm not interested in.  The previous version made it easy to open the app and see how things were going, now it's a pain.  I've got a fitbit premium account and if they can't fix these problems I'll quit ☹️

I don't like the current graphical upgrade although I do seem to be seeing better fitbit device synchronizations, so it looks like there have been some good fixes internally - thank you for that!

The original app had a good data displays that made it quite easy to open the app and see how everything was going ... and then get on with more workouts etc.  The new graphics make it slightly more complex to use and update data entries - I wonder if the app display updates were created by programmers who don't wear a fitbit at all?

My complaint about the 3.64 app is the Heart Rate Beats per Minute graph. I liked the old graph. The new one is too compressed and difficult to pinpoint the highs and lows with my finger on the screen. I could see more detail on the old graph.

It seems that we are waisting time and trying to make clear they have gone the wrong way with the app update.

No one is taking any notice and nothing is done about it. A sin to mess up something that was pretty good. I have always learned...if there is no problem then don't fix it!

Just wondering...is there anybody out there taking any notice!?
