Getting rid of friends in mass

OK, according to my Fitbit I have over 2000 friends.  I would like to get rid of all of them so I can pick just the friends I want.  I tried to delete some by going to the profile and hit remove friend.  It doesn't work.  Is there any other way to get rid of them?

Hi @Roofusq  you can only remove one friend at a time. When I do it, I go to their profile and remove. Have you refreshed to see if it did remove that person? Could be you're trying to remove too many too rapidly. When I do it, I go to the website and it seems to work well.
