New app, won't sync

I have had trouble with the new app for several days. It was constantly not finding my device. A Fitbit Flex 2.

So I unpaired my tracker after deleting and reinstalling the app. Now no matter what I do, my Fitbit won't pair again.

Hello @SereneStephanie simply telling Fitbit that you do not want to use the tracker will not fix a sync issue. We need to fix the sync issue before the tracker will be able to be setup. Removing the tracker can only add more problems. 

Among the standard things to try on android I also suggest clearing the phones cache and restarting the Fitbit app. To kill the Fitbit app it must be done through the phone settings - app - Fitbit - Stop App.
