Hello @AL21 if your tracker is still setup to your account, which it should still be.
On the new phone, install the Fitbit app, log into your Fitbit Account, accept every permission that you are asked to accept.
Your new phone is now setup.
There is nothing that a user can do through the phones Bluetooth that a user is able to do other than remove the tracker.
