Replaced my old charge 3 with a new one but it tells me I have a message but doesn't let me read it on my fitbit

I have a new charge 3 which replaced my old one and it won't recieve text messages or calls.

I had my charge 3 (only a year old) replaced with the new 3 due to an issue with the notifications and calls and even with the new one I still cant receive calls or texts.

I have reinstalled the ap and rebooted my phone but still nothing.
