New fitbit

Just received new hr.

Have been trying for 2 days to connect device to the app.

Disconnected old device

New fit bit fully charged and is on.

Have followed all directions an am still unable to get a connection.

What next?...

Welcome to the Forums @Jrcherp. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself, I would like to know if you keep having problems connecting your tracker with your phone? If you do, I recommend following the setup procedure from a computer. Once your tracker gets paired, it will sync without an inconvenience with your phone.

 

I also recommend checking if your phone is a compatible mobile device.
