Hi there @Britmoore! It's great to see new faces around in the Community!
In this case, it's best to clear the cache of the Fitbit app, following these steps:
- Head to the Settings menu. This can be done by tapping the cog icon in your notification shade.
- Find Apps (or Applications, depending on your device) in the menu, then locate the Fitbit App.
- Tap on Storage and the buttons for clearing the cache and app data will become available.
If the logs are still disappearing, you can try logging it from the Online Dashboard, and check if they stay in your Activity Log.
