Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me. I'm getting a upgrade from my fitbit Alta to Alta hr. Do I loose all of my information and have to start again?

No, that won't be a problem.

 

When you get your new fitbit go into the app's account page and you'll see "set up a device" as an option. Select this and it will step you through adding your Alta HR to your account. You'll keep all your data, settings and badges.

 

You can then choose to keep your old Alta connected to your account or remove it.
