Hiya all, just got a new phone, well overdue, but now my Fitbit flex 2 isn't synching rather frustratingly. It's running version 2.78 but.apparently cannot find it! Any advice, thanks

Have you checked that your new phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?
Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure you delete any connection to the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings as this could block connection to the new phone.
