Hi. I recently got a new phones (pixel 3). My account info that I had from my old iPhone 6 didn't transfer over. All my history and preferences were lost. Can someone help me recover it and get it uploaded to the app on my new phone?

Also disappointed that pixel 3 still isn't compatible!

@pbrewsky  Hi and Welcome, it seems that it may take time for Fitbit to make new phones compatible but in the meantime you could try and un-install the app - clear cache/history etc - restart phone then re-install the app just in case the download was interrupted and became corrupt,  after logging in are you seeing anything at all and can you sync / has it had time to connect with the website to transfer that information

just to cover the bases i will add some articles on an advisory basis but you may be already aware of the procedures needed and i apologies for the back to basics approach

Not sure how up to date but this says Pixel 3 is compatible (dated Dec 11 2018)  even thought the one you type into doesn't recognise it

Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

When you got the new phone, after downloading the app did you follow the prompts to set up with an existing account.

sorry theres no new information here but it might be worth going though them again just to be sure

Regards

Before finding ways to restore or find back your data ,you'd better have a look at your device. That's because your history might not be deleted. So you need to make sure all your history are being displayed. If this way fails, you can also depend on iOS data recover program,it can access the lost data and recover them on computer.Recommend you to try Mobikin Doctor for Android.

@pbrewsky have you managed to get your enquiry sorted?? - @chaos331 has made some good points and as the data should be linked to your email address on the fitbit servers your information should still be in fitbit.com, when you sent it up on your new device did you set up from scratch and use another email address or did you just add device to Bluetooth, download the app and log in to your account using the same email address?
