New symbol

What does this symbol mean? I have a charge 4. I am using a Pixel 7.

When you tap on your walk for details, do you see a map of your walk?

Although I'm not positive, I think that means you should see a map when you look at your walk details. Last week, I accidentally tapped on Run for my VR boxing workout and that symbol appeared. When I look at the details, I see a map.

There's always a map when I record my walks. However, when it picks up random activities that I didn't manually start, there is no symbol. 

I was reviewing my history earlier this month and I did not notice that symbol. I just noticed it oday. I checked the logs for recent app updates via Google play store, the app automatically updated on 8/7. I did some digging and found all sorts of symbols and icons for the device and app, but not this one.
