Ah, that would explain it - the Alta doesn't track heart rate. Only the Charge HR, Surge and Blaze can do that.

Can you clarify which fitbit model you have - it appears that autocorrect may have kicked in.

Ah, that would explain it - the Alta doesn't track heart rate. Only the Charge HR, Surge and Blaze can do that.
