New update and not synching

I updated my fitbit yesterday around noon and restarted my phone like it suggested and it will not sync since I have updated it. I have restarted it several times, uninstalled and re-installed the app to see if that will fix it and nothing has worked. Just curious if anyone else is having this problem and if they were able to get it to work.

Hello @Kristina_Renee, good to see you here in the Fitbit Community. I recommend to take a look to the following post for additional suggestions to address syncing issues: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).

 

Some of the steps you have tried are included on the recommended post, but I suggest to give it another try to fix the syncing issues.
