Hello @Tavisha, thank you for joining us here in our Community forums. Have you enable the option to received messages from Whatsapp from your Notifications settings of the Fitbit app? Are you having this issues only with the Text notifications?
In the meantime try to follow these instructions for call / text notification issues: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app)
