I've only had my Fitbit one day so I don't know a lot about all this yet... but I'm confused about how I can still have calories left when I'm showing I'm over budget? I'm sure it's simple but I can't figure it out.

Thank you!

When it works out whether you are over or under budget it's estimating where you'll be at the end of the day and not just looking at your current calories in and out. So, if you log calories in early in the day it may think that if you continue at that rate then you'll be over by the end of the day.

As the day goes on its estimating gets better.
