Syncing problem with charge 2

I keep getting an error message that tracker can't be found and can't reach Fitbit.com. I have tried all of the suggestions on the troubleshooting link.

Same here, customer supports asks me to replace for which i have to ship it to Netherland which is again a cost to me 😞
