Fitbit is charged but won't sync. Says battery is 0. Wth??

Which Fitbit tracker do you have, @Cbush95?  Is it the tracker that indicates the battery is 0, or the app?  What phone are you using? Is it the Android app?  Has it been syncing before?

Flex, android phone says battery empty but my flex is working and fully charged. It's always synced until yesterday.
