@katsaknitter Welcome to our Community! Even though the S7 isn't compatible try making sure that you allow notifications to be displayed on your phone and allow the Fitbit app access. Usually the app will follow your privacy selection so if your privacy settings are set to not show who is calling the the tracker won't show it either.
