I have been getting notifications on my phone about post on my news feed, then when I go to review it it says unable to load or the app has stopped and I'm put back to my home screen. I've cleared my phone, updated app, and I still can't figure out why it's not working. I've also been sent challenges and when I try to view them or accept I'm told Fitbit online is experiencing difficulties. Please help!!!

Have you try to restart your phone or uninstall and reinstall the app? If you haven't, please try to restart your phone first and if the issue persists, remove the app and install it again. Rest assure your information won't be lost since this data is stored in our servers.
Also make sure your phone is listed as compatible. With not compatible devices, is not that it won't work, but the behavior of the app might not be as is expected.
