Hi,

 

Seen similar posts for iOS but not for Android 8 from what I can see.

 

I can connect to phone fine - however, after 1 minute the 'phone not connected' icon appears and connection is not retrievable unless the exercise is ended and restarted. On restart, the same issue occurs after 1 minute.

 

This issue has only occurred since updating my phone to Android 8.

 

* Nexus 5 (8.0.0)

* Fitbit App 2.58

* Blaze 17.8.401.3

 

I've tried restarting phone, Blaze and switching off battery optimization for the app and Bluetooth but the issue remains.

 

Do you have any advice on how this issue might be rectified?
