No Bluetooth on Charge 2

My Charger 2 is not sending Bluetooth signal

Restarting Bluetooth, reinstalling app, charging Charger 2 to full battery and delete Charger 2 in App to reinstall it would not help.

No app can not find device!

What can I do to get it going again as it was working for more then one year?

Welcome to the Forums @SwissChris64.

Thanks for listing all of the steps that you have tried to get your Charge 2 to connect to your phone.

In this case I'd like to recommend that you try to follow these steps:

  1. Go to the phone's Bluetooth settings.
  2. Look for any Fitbit devices that show up there.
  3. Remove all Fitbit devices that might show up as paired.
  4. Restart your phone.
  5. Run the set up as if you had a replacement Fitbit.

In the meantime, I'd also like to ask you what phone is it that you are using to try and sync your Charge 2. That could shed some light into what is happening in case the steps I shared above do not work.

Let me know how it goes or if there are any other questions.
