No Call or Text notifications on Alta HR using Samsung S8

Ive just brought the new Samsung S8 but when I go to set up my notifications for text and calls there is no button to activate them? They arent even on the option list.

 

Does anyone know why I cant see them call and text option for my Alta HR?
