I realize the original topic is a few years old, but I'm still having this problem of the meals I created not showing up in the Andriod App.

I just tried adding a new meal and it did not show immediately on the app. However, after I closed it and opened it again, it did show up. Please make sure your Fitbit app is up to date. You can also restart your phone and try again.
