No Network connection error on Android App

My app wasn't updating my sleep, so I uninstalled it  and reinstalled. Now the app says there is no network connection on my phone (which there is). My other apps work.

Hi there @SunsetRunner, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. If the app is giving you an error of No Network Connection let's try the following.

Update your app to the new version 2.49. After you have updated the app log out from your Fitbit app if is possible. This steps is not require if you are unable to log in.

Go to your phone settings and access to the App manager option, look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and finish this workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized again, go back to your app and try again.

Let me know if this helps. See you around!
