Hi. Just received the fitbit blaze for Christmas. Absolutely love it!! However, the notifications is no working for text messages or phone calls. Uninstalled app. tried again. Bluetooth is syncing. Just won't notify. Vibrator motor works as confirmed via timer and alarm setting. Please HELP.

I am also having the same issue. Tried to uninstall app and follow some of the other post suggestionsin the forums about getting notifications to worm. Clearly syncing data as I can start a run etc and it connects Ok, but no notifications are working and cannot get it to sync via Bluetooth. Getting a pairing rejected by blaze message when selecting it in the list of available devices.

I just got mine to work. Go to the fitbit app and click on the account icon on the top right corner. click on your device=under general click on notifications and then enable calls, text messages, emails, etc. Under text message pick your default messaging app. Hope that helps.

Thanks for your suggestion. I had these all turned on but have tried flicking it off and on again. Have turned on notifications for all apps just to see if anything pulls through.

To confirm I have now managed to connect to classic via Bluetooth and can control music but am still not getting any notifications about messages or calls.

Turns out Samsung released a system update with improved Bluetooth stability and now everything is working as expected. To check go to settings > software update > download updates manually. If there is no update then you're probably on the latest software so can't help much further than that!
