For months now, when I try to invite friends to challenges, all of them show "No Recent Activity". I've tried everything I can think of, from logging out and in, force stopping, resetting my Charge 2 etc. My app and Tracker are up to date. I've noticed other people are having this problem too.
Is there a fix for this issue that I'm missing?

Thanks for your reply and update @CeraMcG, sorry for the delay in responding.
Thank you for sharing more information about this, seems odd that you experienced this for so long. To move forward with you, can you please send me a screenshot of the "No Recent Activity" message you receive? Also, can you please try to check this with another mobile device? This way we will be able to determine if the issue is related directly with your account or the mobile device.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.

I am having the same problem on my Google Pixel 3, and have been ever since I got the phone back in July. I have also force stopped, uninstalled, restarted, and reinstalled with no solution. I have attached a screen shot. The entire list looks like this. No activity for anyone.

@RicardoFitbit I've attached a screenshot, @JaeleC's looks exactly like mine. I dusted off my old LG G4 and sure enough, it DOES show my friend's recent activity.
It must be an issue with the newer OS then? What do we do now?

Is this issue on the roadmap to be addressed at any point?
I have had the same issue for MONTHS. If you are "aware of this specific inconvenience and working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible to resolve it" why is it taking so long? Seems like it should be a fairly easy fix.

Ricardo, this issue has been a problem for years now. Not days, not months, but years. When is Fitbit going to fix it? I'm tired of hearing "oh we know about it, thanks for your patience." It isn't rocket science, it's an app. Methinks FitBit simply no longer cares about the app.

I'm also experiencing this and have been for a really long time!
Fix this Fitbit! It's really irritating and a detractor from me starting challenges. Also, I'm never buying premium until this bug is fixed.
