Suddenly, these data are not being collected. It says no data past 24 hours.

All the other metrics (HRV, breath rate, ...) are collected correct though.

Yes, I cleaned up my sensors, restarted the watch, using latest FitBit version, wearing the watch all day and night with the exception of charging, ...

Is this a hardware issue, or FitBit?

Hi, @TondoS. Welcome. I'm not replicating your problem with my PW2 and Pixel8pro. Did you try restarting the Fitbit app (I note you restarted your watch)? I recommend you delete the Fitbit app and reload it. Sync your present Fitbit app>go to your phone settings>apps>Fitbit>force stop>Clear cache & storage>uninstall>restart your mobile phone>reload the Fitbit app from the Play Store>log in with your Google account. Wear the PW2 for 24 hours & let us know how you get on by posting here again.

Cheers

Hello @Gr4ndp4 ,

Been there, done that. Didn't help.

BTW is it just me, or is it ridiculous to do these things with apps in 2024 just to keep em working properly?

Cheers

@TondoS

Also try wearing the band a little looser or tighter on your wrist.
I wear mine where I can put my fingertip between my wrist and the watch strap and get a reading nearly every day,

@gdio53 thanks for the tip, but after ~9 months of wearing the watch the very same way I somehow doubt that band causes this issue. Especially if everything else is working as usual.
