All of the other tiles continue to show data in the app. The app is updated. I cleared the app's cache. I've restarted the watch. I've restarted my phone. I've been wearing the device continuously for years now. Any suggestions? Anyone else having this problem?

My last day with the stress score was the 28th. No more after that. Is google aware of this issue?

Hello @Fidgetyfelicity , @Kensee , @Jasminez , @Videowoman
I suspect there's an issue on the Fitbit side. Like all of you, I haven't had a stress management score since Wed, 26 Feb.
Please submit this issue using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app
Although it's likely that you won't receive a response, the team receives & reviews the feedback reports.
I'll continue to monitor the forums and will report back if I see a fix or workaround.

Three days now no stress management score!
also my step count is all over the place. Today it registered 24,000 steps when it should have been about 13,000! Eventually it did correct itself but this has happened a lot over the last weeks! Help!

Hi @Snowwhite123 , the Stress problem may be related to the other sever issue affecting steps Unreliable step counting bug, it would seem the Fitbit servers are not functioning properly and not returning Stress scores, since some days which can affect any user. It could affect a user using Android or iOS or both.
It has been reported see - Third day in a row with no stress management score from my Fitbit Sense 2

I have also not had any stress management score since last Thursday. Google/Fitbit have only just resolved all the issues with cardio load and targets not appearing properly (after several weeks of not working!) and now they go and break something else! It is just appalling how they manage their software development lifecycle - I am so sick and tired of the constant issues and the fact the users have to report them in instead of their own team finding these issues in the testing phase. It’s like they don’t actually have software testing at all…..let’s see how many weeks it takes to fix the stress management score…..

I have been having the same issue with the stress management score over the past few days. I have tried multiple hard resets on my device but no luck. I hope the next update corrects the issue.
